Because each item is hand curated and many products are one of a kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
Your item arrives damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
A product is missing from your order
There is a major defect not described in the listing.
Customers have 5 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the postal carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
